How to Translate Minimum Viable Ceremonies into your language

So, you're interested in using Minimum Viable Ceremonies in a language other than English? Great, we can totally do that! 😊

Getting started

We use Crowdin for our translations, which means it's super easy to hop in and get translating quickly, and see your translations go live on a regular basis.

1. Visit https://translate.minimal.cards, and select a language to translate (I know a little Spanish, so we'll start with that one)

2. Create a translator account

3. Select a file to translate (app/en.yml is for the application itself, while marketing.en.yml are the strings for the marketing site. We'd love help with both if you're willing!)

4. Get translating! There are only ~500 strings in the app at the time of this writing, which should make it a bite-sized project.

You can read more about using the Crowdin interface here.

5. Let us know!

We're planning to pull in new translations approximately weekly, but are happy to do it at any point! Feel free to reach out and let us know if you've completed some translations you'd like to see live, and we'll be happy to pull them in for you.

Happy translating, and thanks so much for your contributions ♥️!
